DK Planning Case Officer's Request
If you were one of the many people to submit representations to the GONW requesting that the Tesco Planning Application be 'called in' for further, independent scrutiny, you may be aware of the Public Inquiry Case Officer's request for 'any matters to go before the Planning Inspector'.
In short, GONW cannot forward any correspondence that was submitted to them before this case was called in. Meaning that your original letters/e-mails and concerns will need to be resubmitted to the Case Officer in order for them to go before the Planning Inspector for consideration.
KEIOC has no qualms in urging anybody with concerns regarding the proposed relocation of Everton Football Club to Knowsley to forward these matters, quoting reference APP/V43/V/08/1203375 to:
Sian Evans, Planning Case Officer.
